Refund policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with VOOF VOOF. If there is an issue with your order, please review our refund and returns policy below.

Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise stated. Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons.

Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or marked as final sale may not be eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos.

Refund Process: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
