Refund Policy

At VOOF VOOF, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Period

  • You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@voofvoof.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

  • Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos.

  • We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods or personalized items.

  • Personal care goods (such as pet grooming tools that have been used for hygiene reasons).

  • Items marked as "Final Sale."

5. Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For "Change of Mind" or "Buyer’s Remorse" returns, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

6. Restocking Fees

  • We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.

7. Refund Status

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
